Ama’s Story is a one-off special released in the run-up to World Book Day on Sky Originals. When Ama tries to decide on her favourite book to take to her school's book day, her family helps her realise that she can use her imagination to write her own story, creating a book full of all her favourite things. Created by a black British couple of Ghanian and Nigerian heritage, Ama's Story is based on their daughter’s experience of being unable to find a book or character that represented her background or culture.

The Durrells
The series begins in 1935, when Louisa Durrell suddenly announces that she and her four children will move from Bournemouth to the Greek island of Corfu. Her husband died some years earlier and the family is experiencing financial problems. A struggle ensues as the family adapts to life on the island and a shortage of money. Despite a lack of electricity and of modern sewage systems, Corfu proves to be a cheap and earthly paradise.
